Upon registration, users receive 69 internal credits.
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules governing your use of the Services, including content creation, interaction, and transactions, as part of our Terms of Service (available at http://xtok.one/terms). It ensures a safe, legal, and respectful environment, protecting Xtok, its users, and third parties. By using Xtok, you agree to comply with this Policy.
Interpretation
In this Policy:
- Content: Videos, photos, audio, text, metadata, or other materials uploaded by Users.
- Creator: A User who uploads and monetizes content, verified via KYC (SumSub).
- Fan: A User who accesses Creators’ content via subscriptions, PPV, or donations.
- Content Collaborator: An individual featured in a Creator’s content, verified as 18+.
- Internal Credits: Virtual credits (69 provided upon registration), capped at 1000, non-transferable.
- Referring User: A User participating in the Referral Program.
- Upload: Publish, post, or share content on Xtok.
- User: Any individual using Xtok (Creator, Fan, or both), also “you” or “your.”

This Policy aims to:
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws (e.g., 18 U.S.C. §2257, GDPR, EU AML Directive 2015/849).
- Protect the safety, privacy, and rights of users and third parties.
- Prevent illegal, harmful, or inappropriate activities on Xtok.
- Define consequences for violations, including content removal and account suspension.
