B56433113 (“Xtok,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a company registered in Spain at Paseo Marques de Monistrol, 5, 28011, Madrid, Spain, operates the Xtok platform (http://xtok.one) (“Site” or “Platform”), a content sharing service where “Creators” upload and monetize content (e.g., videos) and “Fans” subscribe to or purchase that content via subscriptions, pay-per-view (PPV), or donations. Upon registration, users receive 69 internal credits.

These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) outline the standards of behavior expected from all users, including Creators, Fans, and visitors (“Users,” “you,” or “your”), to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment on Xtok. They supplement our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Notice, providing additional guidance on user interactions, content creation, and community engagement. Xtok is a platform for adults (18+), and all Users must comply with these Guidelines to maintain a positive community experience.

By using Xtok, you agree to follow these Guidelines. Failure to comply may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, as outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Purpose of These Guidelines

The purpose of these Guidelines is to:

2. Rules for User Interactions

We expect all Users to engage with the Xtok community respectfully and responsibly. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment and Bullying: Do not engage in harassment, bullying, or intimidation, including but not limited to:
  • Offensive comments, insults, or derogatory language based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Threats of violence, harm, or intimidation.
  • Targeted shaming, humiliation, or stalking of other Users.
