B56433113 (“Xtok,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a company registered in Spain at Paseo Marques de Monistrol, 5, 28011, Madrid, Spain, operates the Xtok platform (http://xtok.one) (“Site” or “Platform”), a content sharing service where “Creators” upload and monetize content (e.g., videos) and “Fans” subscribe to or purchase that content via subscriptions, pay-per-view (PPV), or donations. Upon registration, users receive 69 internal credits.

This Chargeback – Fraud Mitigation Policy (“Policy”) outlines how Xtok prevents and handles chargebacks and fraudulent activities on the Platform. We are committed to protecting Users, Creators, and our payment processor (SegPay) from financial risks while ensuring compliance with applicable laws (e.g., Spanish Law 10/2010 on AML, EU AML Directive 2015/849, GDPR, CCPA) and SegPay’s requirements. This Policy supplements our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Notice.

Interpretation

In this Policy:

• Chargeback: A transaction reversal initiated by a User’s bank or payment provider, typically due to a dispute over a charge.
• Fraud: Any deceptive or illegal activity intended to gain unauthorized access, financial benefit, or other advantage (e.g., account compromise, payment fraud).
• Creator: A User who uploads and monetizes content, verified via KYC (SumSub).
• Fan: A User who accesses Creators’ content via subscriptions, PPV, or donations.
• Internal Credits: Virtual credits (69 provided upon registration), capped at 1000, non-transferable.
• User: Any individual using Xtok (Creator, Fan, or both), also “you” or “your.”

• Protect Users, Creators, and SegPay from financial and legal risks.
