B56433113 (“Xtok,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a company registered in Spain at Paseo Marques de Monistrol, 5, 28011, Madrid, Spain, operates the Xtok platform (http://xtok.one) (“Site” or “Platform”), a content sharing service where “Creators” upload and monetize content (e.g., videos) and “Fans” subscribe to or purchase that content via subscriptions, pay-per-view (PPV), or donations. Upon registration, users receive 69 internal credits.

This Content Management Policy and Procedures (“Policy”) outlines how Xtok manages content on the Platform, including processes for age and identity verification, content review, uploading, downloading, real-time monitoring, and marketing. We are committed to ensuring a safe, legal, and respectful environment for all Users, in compliance with applicable laws (e.g., 18 U.S.C. §2257, EU Digital Services Act, GDPR, CCPA, Spanish Law 10/2010 on AML) and our payment processor’s requirements (SegPay). This Policy supplements our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, 18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance Statement, and Privacy Notice.

Interpretation

In this Policy:

• Content: Videos, photos, audio, text, metadata, or other materials uploaded by Users.
• Creator: A User who uploads and monetizes content, verified via KYC (SumSub).
• Fan: A User who accesses Creators’ content via subscriptions, PPV, or donations.
• User: Any individual using Xtok (Creator, Fan, or both), also “you” or “your.”
• Content Collaborator: An individual featured in a Creator’s content, verified as 18+.

1. Purpose of This Policy

The purpose of this Policy is to:

• Ensure all content on Xtok complies with legal and platform standards, including age and identity verification requirements.
• Provide transparent processes for content review, uploading, downloading, monitoring, and marketing.
• Protect the safety, privacy, and rights of Users and third parties.
• Comply with applicable laws (e.g., 18 U.S.C. §2257, EU DSA, GDPR) and SegPay’s requirements.
